Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every Lovunia item is printed after you place your order, which means less waste and a piece made just for you.
Can I personalize my order?
If a product offers personalization, you'll see the options on its product page. If there are no options, that design is printed exactly as shown.
What sizes are the Halloween products?
The fleece throw blanket is 50 x 60 inches. The mug is an 11 oz two-tone mug. The garden flag is 12 x 18 inches and is sold as the flag only. For the pet hoodie, please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
How long will my order take?
Because each item is made to order, total time is production time plus shipping time. You can find current estimates in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. If you need something for Halloween, we recommend ordering early.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right. Email hello@lovunia.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free reprint or a refund. In most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Since every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or personalization typos. Please double-check your order details before checkout. See our Refund Policy for details.
